Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver across West Malaysia using trusted courier partners.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 working days.
Orders placed after 9:00 AM will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time

West Malaysia: Estimated 1–4 working days, depending on destination and courier performance.

Delivery Fees

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery location.

Packaging & Freshness

To help your cakes arrive in good condition, all orders are packed with care:

  • Individually wrapped slices where applicable

  • Protective cake boxes

  • Additional inner padding for safer courier handling

Failed Delivery or Incorrect Address

Please make sure your delivery address and contact number are entered correctly before checkout.
If a parcel cannot be delivered due to incorrect customer details, a new delivery fee will be required for redelivery.

Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it and include clear photos of:

  • The outer parcel

  • The damaged product

  • The shipping label

Our team will review the case and assist you accordingly.
